Do I have to create an account to purchase goods?
You do not need an account to browse the shop and add products to the shopping cart. However, once you proceed to the checkout, you will be prompted to create an account. This is necessary for us to confirm your order, contact you if necessary and ship your order. Once your order is lodged, you can check the progress of your order by logging into your account.
What payment options do I have?
Getrowing.dom prefers direct bank transfer. We also accept PAYPAL, VISA and MASTERCARD. Schools, Universities and Sports Institutes may also be invoiced for orders.
I am purchasing on behalf of a School / University / Sports Institute.
When an order is placed by a delegated representative of a School, University or Sports Institute, payment on invoice can be arranged. An official Order Number from the organisation will need to be provided with the order. The delegate's organisation will be contacted prior to order fulfillment to confirm authenticity of the order. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from delivery date.

How is shipping calculated?
Getrowing.com uses an in-built postage calculator for shipping with Australia Post. Postage is calculated based on your postcode or country of delivery.
What about taxes and import duties?
Orders from within Australia, from Australian suppliers, incur 10%GST. Customers who order goods from outside Australia from Australian suppliers will be responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes. Please understand we are a reputable buisness and will not mark goods as "sample", "gift" or "second hand", except where this is the true nature of the goods. Customers (including Australian customers) who order goods from our suppliers outside of Australia, will also be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes incurred in delivering items to the customer.

What is the getrowing.com pricing policy?
Getrowing.com is committed to our suppliers. If you sell your goods retail through your own online or physical shop we will not undercut your retail pricing. In other words, getrowing.com will only list products at the retail price provided by the supplier. We will not, however, list retail prices which are higher than another store, for the same goods.
Who does getrowing.com sell to?
Getrowing.com supplies individuals, schools, universities, sports institutes and other sporting bodies from around the world. Anyone, anywhere requiring rowing related goods is a potential customer of getrowing.com
Once an order is placed, how will it be filled?
Completed orders are checked for accuracy and forwarded to the relevant suppliers for fullfilment along with shipping costs and product payment. The product supplier ships the order directly to the customer.
What about packaging and delivery charges?
Getrowing.com uses a sophisticated real-time shipping calculator linked to Australia Post. Shipping is based on destination, product weight and product dimensions to ensure accurate handling and shipping fees are collected from the customer. Once collected by getrowing.com, these fees are forwarded to the supplier along with the customers order and payment.
