Getrowing.com will ship products which are in stock within 24 hours of processed payment for a completed order, subject to weekends and Australian public holidays. Currently, days on which Australian suppliers cannot ship goods are:

Getrowing.com uses Australia Post for most domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout procedure and are clearly displayed. Getrowing.com will endeavour to provide shipping calculations which are accurate for most circumstances. However, due to the complex combination of Australian customers, International Customers, Australian Suppliers and International Suppliers, we may need to contact you after your order has been placed to provide more accurate shipping information. You will be given the opportunity, at this time, to cancel your order if you do not wish to proceed.
Returns:
All products supplied directly by getrowing.com (look for getrowing.com in the "Manufacturer Info" box on the product description page) come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the product, return it to us and we will provide a full refund for the cost of the item (not including postage). Alternatively, upon receipt of a faulty product, we will ship a replacement product to you at no charge.
